Trilliums Flowers

Trilliums 2014
Our challenge for The Outlawz Twisted Thursday has began and the twist for this week is “anything goes” optional twist “anything goes”. How fun is that? Sorry it is so late as it has been a long day had to go to the doctors and have some tests done and that’s no fun! My image for this week is from I Brake for Stamps and it is called “Trilliums”. I think it is so pretty with the butterfly, So I wanted to share it with you.
Our wonderful sponsor for the month of September is:
Trilliums 2014 r
Here are the side views. The teal flowers are from prima rose flowers. The leaves are from Martha Steward punch called Frond.
Trilliums 2014 l
My papers are all from my scraps and I’m doing really good getting my scraps down. Added some green ribbon. Brilliance ink sky blue for the background.

The picture is fine but not very straight (sorry). Used a flower punch and add the flowers I punched out to the other side. Just cannot waist anything. Let open for sentiment. Not sure if you can tell I added pink gems to the center of the flowers on top.
These are the copic markers used to color the stamped image. Here is the close up of the image all colored up. Used copic opaque white to try and add some texture to the flowers.

Hope you like my card. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great week and be safe.

Hello Friend

It is time for Scrapy Land challenge #2 and the challenge for the time is about Heat Embossing. The challenge starts today and ends Sept 30. I used one of ATC's flourish stamps and with VersaMark watermark stamp pad I embossed the background of the card and used white embossing power and heat set the embossing power and used distress ink color scattered straw and sponged around to add a small amount of color.

Look at all the brands of dies that Scrapy Land sells:

The card size is 5" by 7", That is a different size for me to use but the vase and flowers turned out rather tall but that size worked just right. The paper came from my scraps. The ribbon is from stampin up color marina mist.
The dies cuts I used are: Spellbinders in'spire in-037, celebration two, elegant ovals, filigree vase and the blue bells and lily of the valley.
Here is the inside of the card. Nothing fancy. The corners I used creative memories corner punch and add a blue gem to each corner.
Here is the close up of the vase with the flowers. I think it turned out so pretty and love the blue bells. I added some ice sparkle color mint ice and it made the blue bells just sparkle.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Love to have you join us.
Challenges I‘d like to post my card in:
613 Ave challenge Anything goes Sept 20
Crafting at the Week end Anything goes Sept 27
Crafty Fingers  Anything goes

I cut out my image and used 1inch Score tape on the image and sprinkled it down with white glitter all over the dress. Used a brayer and went over and over the dress tell I felt it was burnished enough and felt that the glitter was not going to come off. I used a Copic Multiliner sp black sizes 0.3 and 0.05 pens and went over the dress to bring out the black a little more.
