Verity is ready for St Patty’s Day

Here is some of my new images I got from Sugar Nellie. I love her images, This little girl is called Verity but this is just her head you can get her hole body and I did. I can not wait to start coloring her also. I want to color so many images and stamps that I could color all day and night and never color all of them. That is ok, I love designing and creating cards so much it is my passion. I remember when I was a little girl and I would color a page in my coloring book I would always have to do just so because whatever I was coloring would not come alive until I had it colored perfect. Like the face they could not take a breath until I had their face all done and it had to to just so. I guess I was a little strange! I went around her face to frame it in with ribbon, their also is two different types of ribbon behind her and on top and bottom. I used designer paper for the background from DCWV (Die Cuts with a View). I used Cuttlebugs Swiss Dots and embossed the strips I laid some of the ribbon on.

I used Nillie Snellen Punches to create the flowers. Martha Stewart punches, Branch, Frond, Autumn Branch, McGill Large Branch and Marvy Uchida punch for the middle of the flowers.

Here is her close up. I started using E35,E34,YR20 and YR21 for her hair and I was not happy with the color of her hair with her skin tone do I added E11 only where I had the YR20 and YR21 very lightly and I so happy with the color it turned out to be. She look like a natural red head. I have 4 natural red heads in my family and that is what their hair looks like. For her skin I used E13, E11 and E00.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you enjoy Verity, she is a pretty girl.
